Adult Sunday Church School classes appeal to specific age groups, while others appeal to those interested in a specific topic. We guarantee you will find a class that will benefit you.

Conquerors  Designed for adult singles, whether divorced, widowed or never married; couples who have remarried after divorce and are starting over. Class format is expositional Bible study with a time of prayer and sharing. Meets in Safe Harbor 2 at 9 a.m. Teachers: Ron Bowers and Gerry Richeson

Firm Foundations  Aims to encourage young married couples in the areas of marriage and interpersonal relations as well as individual spiritual growth. Topics are presented in a discussion-oriented manner, focusing on real-world applications. Meets in Room 21 at 9 a.m.  Teachers: Will Cooley and Steve Hobson.

Homebuilders  Geared for the needs of parents with primary-aged children. Class time is spent in sharing prayer requests and teaching; discussion is encouraged. Lessons are either topical or expositions of books of the Bible. Meets in Safe Harbor gym at 9 a.m. Teacher: Rob Cochran.

Seekers  Primarily made up of families whose children are raised. Class time is spent in teaching through different books of the Bible and occasional topics by qualified guest speakers. Meets in Safe Harbor 3 at 9 a.m. Teachers: Phil Unkefer and Lee Krabill.

Women of the Word  This class is for women of all ages who attend church by themselves. Class time is spent in sharing, prayer, and expositional study of God's Word. Meets in Room 2 at 9 a.m. Teacher: Debi Gulling.

Prime Timers  Made up of Chapel choir, orchestra or drama participants and others. Meets in the Conference Room at approximately 9:20 a.m. Teacher: Dale Woodruff & Dave Whitsett.

Bereans  Designed for intense expositional and practical study of the Bible. Meets in Room 1 at 10:15 a.m. Teacher: Norm Trammell.

Discoverers   Couples and individuals from about 35 to 55 years of age enjoy lively discussion and much interaction. They study a wide range of topics relevant to current events and in-depth study of the Old and New Testaments. Meets in Safe Harbor 1 at 10:15 a.m. Teachers: Tom Moomaw and Dave VanderKaay

Growing Strong  Through the study of individual books of the Bible, as well as topical studies which go to the Scriptures for answers to life's daily questions, the goal of this class is to grow toward maturity in Christ and to share their faith with others. Meets in Room 8 at 10:15 a.m. Teacher: Rev. Don Davies.

2 Have and 2 Hold  A class for young engaged or married couples. This is an inductive Bible study with much class participation.  Meets in Room 17 at 10:15 a.m.  Teacher: Dick Westfall.

Young Adults

College and Career Church School Class  For young adults. God's Word is central for all topics and discussion. Social and ministry opportunities are an integral part of this class. Meets in The Source  at 10:15 a.m. Teacher: Rob Cochran

Senior Adults

Friendship Church School Class  Caters to the needs of senior saints. Class time is spent in expositional Bible study using Bible people, doctrines and books. Discussion and sharing are encouraged. Meets in Room 1 at 9 a.m. Teacher: Win Moss.

JOLLY PILGRIMS   The Chapel is blessed with a wonderful, active, and loving community of "senior saints." They meet at the church for a meal, fellowship, and a program at 11:45 a.m. on the second Tuesday of each month. Trips and other activities are frequent and very enjoyable for all involved. Backyard Bus Tour exploring many of the great attractions in Stark County, including the Pro Football Hall of Fame, Studio Arts & Glass, lunch at the Granite Grille at The Quarry, and an afternoon of mystery stops. Monday, May 12th, 8:15 a.m. till 5:00 p.m. Cost: $25/person (includes meals, admissions, and transportation) Register before March 14. Registration after that date is $30/person.
